How to configure ServiceDesk Plus in NCM?

Follow the steps given below to configure ServiceDesk Plus integrations in NCM:

  • Go to Settings > Integrations > ServiceDesk Plus
  • Select Product Type : ServiceDesk Plus or ServiceDesk Plus - MSP
  • Provide the Server Name, Port, User Name and Technician Key (also, Account Name and Site Name, if you've chosen ServiceDesk Plus - MSP)
  • Enable Ticket Settings for the features for which you need trouble tickets
  • Check the consent box in the bottom of the page
  • Click Save
